Booking a class or activity

If you have problems with the booking process that aren't covered here, please contact us.

Can I book now and pay later?

No - if you have to pay, you must pay for all activities or sessions at the time of booking. If you do not want to do this, you will have to book face to face or by phone.

How do I add/remove something from my basket?

You have to be logged on to add something to your basket. Click on the little basket next to the activity/class or the 'empty basket' link and it will add/remove it.

The system won't let me check my basket out

Make sure you have ticked to accept the terms and conditions.

How can I view my booking history?

View your booking history. You can view details of the booking and print it out if the activity or class has been booked online, but only view the basic information for bookings made in person or by phone.

How do I cancel a booking?

You cannot cancel online bookings, you must contact the leisure centre where your class or activity was booked if you will be unable to attend. No refunds will be available for online bookings.

How do I check for messages?

From time to time we may need to send you a message regarding one of your bookings. You have to be logged on to read any messages as they won't be emailed to you.

How do I register on the booking system

Register for the booking system. Note: you must have a Thrive card to use this system. An activation email will be sent to the email address you have entered. You must click on the link in that email to complete your registration.

How do I log in once I have registered?

Log onto the system.

I have forgotten my username

Reset your username. An email will be sent to you to complete to process.

I have forgotten my password

Reset your password. An email will be sent to you to complete to process.
