If you need to contact a leisure centre directly, you can find more details on our leisure centres page.

If you encounter a problem making a booking you can contact your leisure centres. If possible you should provide the following details which can be found on your booking confirmation email:

  • member number
  • booking reference number
  • class or activity
  • date and time of booking
  • a description of the problem

You should not respond to auto-generated emails the system creates as we will not receive them. A copy of any failed booking message will have also been forwarded to the leisure centre for review and for any problems to be resolved.

Please note that whilst we aim to answer your emails as quickly as possible, it is not always possible to do so. Staff will only be available during the leisure centre's opening times.
